How to report your loss?
- If you lost your passport
You have to submit a report of your lost passport; visit the embassy of your nation to issue another passport or travel certificate.
- If you lost a traveler’s cheque
you have to visit the police station to issue a cetrificate for the loss and the local branch of the bank which issued the cheque with your passport and a receipt for your purchase of the traveler’s cheque (please refer to the document you received when issuing traveler’s cheque)
Information on money exchange
Money exchange is available within bank working hours (9am to 4pm).
Otherwise, you can use money exchanges at the airports.
