I wrote my name on the waiting list and waited at the outside. You should be careful, you can only take a seat when your party comes, and if you're not there when they call you, it'll be canceled, so you'd better wait in front of the store instead of just going anywhere else.
However, perhaps they are used to this busy situation, you don't need to wait for long time.
The waiting lines are reduced fast and the tables are quickly cleared and reset.
It is said that the restaurant opened after receiving the cooking skill from a master of gopchang(beef intestines) dishes. The explanation only tells the story of Mangwon-dong, but there is also a branch in Yeonsinnae Station.
Like the second branch, Yeonsinnae branch seems to be only open for dinner.
These are side dishes. There's not a lot of side dishes, but there's already no more room on the table for two people.
Side dishes are kkakdugi(radish kimchi), salad, seasoned cucumber, and stir-fried fish cake. Salad was the best.
When I first saw gopchang, I thought I was wrong. It's too little.
I realized the reason why people at other tables are ordering gopchang jeongol.
The ingredients for gopchang jeongol is from Australia and grilled gopchang is from Korea, so there is a big difference in the amount.
Gopchang itself is chewy and good, but I think I should order gopchang jeongol next time.
It's open only during lunch and dinner time. And they open only for dinner on holidays and Saturdays. And it's closed on Sunday.
If you walk for 5 minutes or a little more from exit 2 of Mangwon Station, you will find this restaurant as soon as you enter the alley.
