Can you imagine a cake without wheat flour? Some people are naturally incapable of eating wheat flour. I'd like to introduce you a cafe called 'Sosohage(being small)' where you can taste desserts made of rice flour that would be nice to those people!

The entrance is really 'sosohage' hidden. You can find it from this picture because I took it right in front of it, but if someone is looking for this place for the first time, it would be possible to wonder around. When I found it, I laughed as if I'm playing a picture puzzle. Because...

If you go through a narrow entrance that seems to be two people can't get in at the same time,

There's an amazingly large house!

Sosojage is a cafe that renovated 80s house that reminds the Korean TV series 'Reply' that caused the retro trend.

Such a nostalgic space of the eighties. I wanted to visit this place again with my parents. The atmosphere and props of the time make me feel like I'm traveling in time.

This is the semi-underground space, which is used as a waiting room when it's crowded on weekends.

It is a popular cafe that is very crowed on weekends. The waiting room is quite large. I think you should be prepared when you visit Sosohage on holidays.

Gluten-free dacquoise filling the fridge.

There are rice breads displayed.

Desserts such as cakes are displayed inside.

Above the showcase, there is a information for each cakes. They share the information about the whole cakes on each day.

There's a menu of ice flakes that's an essential in Summer.

The signature menu is a rice cake named 'Baekseolgi(white rice cake)'. Just by looking at the visual of it, I can taste the pure milk.

Even tiramisu is made of rice. I can't imagine how it tastes like. I'm going to try it next time.

I ordered the signature menu, Baekseolgi cake, Soso latte(iced only) wich is also recommended, and milk tea.

Baekseolgi cake has a strong taste of milk. It's so moist that I think whether it's made by compressing milk. It melts in my mouth as softly as I couldn't figure out which part is cake and which part is cream. It tastes clean and pure as it looks like and my mouth feels refreshed.

I don't recommend milk tea. It's too bland.

I'll say Soso late is the winner. Its soft milk foam and sweet condensed milk make a nice ensembles with coffee. Feels like a girl wearing a light coffee colored dress. It's rather sweet, so if you don't want sweet coffee, ask them to control the amount of condensed milk.

The weather is nice, so this cat is enjoying sunbathing laying down in the garden. There are many intresting things to take a look. However on weekends, the distance between tables is close, so you can hear other tables.

If you accompany with foreigners, it will be fun to see Korean vintage house.

Unlike its name, it was a cafe with a variety of fun that wasn't small.
